Woven Canteen Vessel is a ceramic work in the form of a canteen vessel.

  • A hand-built and press mold vessel, it is of stoneware clay.
  • Construction sequence: Slip is air-brushed on surfaces. Underglazes are applied. The work is fired to cone 06. Clear cone 6 glaze is applied. It is refired to cone 6. Mother of pearl cone 018 luster is painted on. Refired to cone 018.
  • Size: 17.0" x 12.0" x 5.0".
  • Date: 2005.
  • Exhibited at Center for  Maine Contemporary Arts in Rockport, ME; Left of Center Art Gallery in Brunswick, ME; Porcelain Grace Ceramic Studio, Cumberland, ME.
